I'm using the latest stable version of Construct 3 (r104) and would like to use the Dictionary Object. According to the online user manual, there should be a Dictionary Editor to add content.

I can't find this mythical editor anywhere.
And since I can't search the forums here, I can't find anyone else that has already answered this question.
Can someone help me to find it?
Manual:
To open the Dictionary Editor in a new project, start by adding a new Dictionary file in the Files folder of the Project Bar. For more information, see project files.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Thank you for your suggestion.
But when I do add a Dictionary (as the manual instructs), I get a Dictionary but no Dictionary Editor.
I can show you a screenshot of my dictionary as part of my game, but no dictionary editor if it helps.
The mechanism isn't direct. It's a combination of things. You have to make a Dictionary FILE in the Files folder. Then you use AJAX to load the file into your Dictionary object. You have have to read the manual carefully AND follow the links to the other sections to find all of the steps.
