How do I create a new Google Spreadsheet document?

Can you create a new google spreadsheet within Construct 3 and use a new one every time? Instead of putting a URL and putting the data inside that?

These tutorials don't help for it. I need to create a new "Sheet" every time and use it. Like for simply creating a new Excel file, putting some data in it and then downloading it, or giving the URL.
