How do I create a menu on a specifique object

Hello Im trying to create a menu pinned at my player.

I would like the following behavior :

Click on my player -> open a menu above my player (like a popup)

Click on my popup -> action on my selected player (like destroying or upgrading)

How can i do that ?

If you have the menu and player in a container, they will be picked with each other. Then you can keep the menu pinned on the player, and toggle it's visibility when you need it.
