How do I create leaderboard at scirra arcade?

I found out that Scirra Arcade is among the basic plugins.

However, this plugin looks very poor.

Is this a dead plugin?

If not, how can I create a leaderboard in Scirra Arcade?

You can't add leaderboards currently - you can still post games to the arcade though.
