How i create game where user can play vs computer like "chess titans" in windows

Although I am not an expert on C2, i am pretty that you need a decision making algorithm if its for chest, it would have to act on each move you make and im sure you can make that in C2 but it probably isn't easy

And if someone were to explain how, it would be pretty long and complicated
