Crash when opens the app from app store

Hi, i'm sorry for my bad english.

The issue is that when I open the app from the app store its crash even without open the first layout, but when I send the apk manually from the pc to the mobile the app works without problems.

Is it a debug APK or a released APK ?

Have you done a debug APK first ?

It's a released APK, and when its crash only if i download the app from the app store.

If not, consider exporting a debug APK first, upload it to the store, and THEN, only do a release APK.

There is a way to delete the old version of the app and insert the debug apk as first? Because if not i have to do again the entire configuration of a new app.
