Hi there, maybe someone can answer on this.

Nowadays all mobile phones have a octa-core CPU with specs like:

6x 1,4 GHz + 2x 2,2 GHz ...

So will Construct3 always choose the fastest possible CPU (2,2 GHZ in this case)? Or is this handled by the mobile OS? And which CPU would choose the OS?

It's handled automatically by the OS. It will choose whichever CPU best balances performance vs. battery life. For a demanding game I would assume it will automatically choose the high-performance CPU.
