How do I make a charge attack like hold left click to charge up the attack

I want to make a charge attack holding left click down to charge it up so i can have light attacks and charge attack on the same button

got a question what is the peg count for or what it stand for?

It means while pegs amount less than 5 a peg will be spawned every 0.2 seconds. So when the pegs count already fired is remain 5 or more, shooting won't be performed.
