How do I change spritefonts dynamically?

In the game, I would like to give the option of allowing players to choose a variety of spritefonts to change all text within the game to. How would I do this?

You can set up all spritefonts on an unused layout, add them to a family. Then in runtime create a spritefont by name, or substitute the default spritefont.
