How do I change editor defaults (keyboard shortcuts, dialogue size)?

I'm migrating over from years of using C2 and there are a few things I seem to not be able to do in C3 that I could do in C2. For context, I'm using C3 installed as an app on my desktop. Questions:

• Rebind editor keyboard shortcuts. Is this not possible?
• The condition and action dialogue always return to default size (see image). Even after I resize them.

Just curious if there is anything I can do here. Thanks!
