Can't update my game

When i try to update my game i can't do it. I have from like 1 month to change every time I export the Game ID because else it says "app not downloaded" so I just install it like it is another game and everything is resetted.

Can you share a screenshot of the error that appears, please? What steps do you follow when you export?

I don't have any error message the export goes well, i export a cordova project and i use phonegap, if i have the same game on the smartphone i get app not installed, but if i do the same export and i change the app id I can download the game without issue but it is not an update of the old version it is another game.

Have you change the version of the game.
