Can't run Construct 3 offline

hi all, i can't run Construct 3 without internet connection.

how to fix this?

Construct 3 does work offline, but make sure you wait until you see the notification telling you it's finished downloading and ready to work offline. If you close C3 before then, it won't work properly offline.
