apk package name change

Hello,

I'm trying to upload an APK to Google Console, but keep getting this error to change package name.

I tried APK Editor but it wouldn't allow package name change; the field to change the name is locked. I searched for other apps but haven't found one yet. I tried to use Android Studio but didn't find any good tutorials.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to change package name.
