How do I align all my layouts to center?

Hey, I'm still learning and i think this gotta have really simple solution but i just can't find it on my own.

Basically i have tiny active area 700x700 which happens to be one level, however i need my game to fill in backround when window is stretched or played on smarthphone.

When i maximize window it is aligned all the way to the left and only right side is filled with backround, i need it centered so both sides are equally filled in and active area is always centered not in very left.

Could anyone help me find a solution please?

1.On layout properties you need to check on the "unbounded scrolling".

2.On the start of your first layout: System- scroll to (layoutwidth/2,layoutheigth/2).
