additional level

How do I create an additional level?

I do wish they made it easier to make another one (like right click on a tab and select to add one) but it is located in your project window. You right click the layouts and select to "add layout".

Unsure if you can do this in the free version or not.

Sorry i think my question was a little vague, but i was specifically trying to ask how i can create a menu which can lead me to another 'level'.
