How do I add an OR on Keyboard to my game?

I am following one of the particle thruster demo. In one of it event coding, the demo has the following condition. Here a picture with the highlight of what I am talking about.

I can not find that option under keyboard icon. Thank for your time and help.

Right-click on event > Make 'OR' block
