Hello. I'm new to Construct 3 (not game dev though) and am enjoying it.

Recently I saw the new First Person platformer template and tried to make it 3rd person instead. it worked! I replaced the flat character with a 3D cube and that's when the problems began. The cube started floating! Its Z-axis at the start of the level got set to the tallest piece of ground in the level. I tried looking for a solution but I couldn't find one. help?

set your Z-Elevation to what ever you want in the properties window.
