The editor fails to load as a student user.

Logo spins, then stops, following error appears:

Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Loading appears to stop with main.js, no further activity.

Does anyone have an idea of why this happens please?

Can you check for any errors in the browser console (press F12 to open it) and paste them here if there are any?

Using an incognito/private browsing window, or clearing the browser cache and retrying, might help.

Hi Ashley, thanks for your reply.

I can report that Construct 3 now works on my network.

I've not changed anything my end, however, I have noticed that the spinning logo when the application launches has changed, so I'm guessing there has been an update?
