Trying to integrate push notification in my game is All firebase addon free?

I'm trying to integrate Push notification in my game. I found thew All firebase addon which looks like can do the trick.

here it is MIT licensed and the addon is downloadable so i though it's free but it is listed in here as paid

So what's the deal about it, is it free for commercial use or not?

Also there is this addon for Push notification by the same owner
