Welcome! I-Spy (Hidden objects) is an educational puzzle that is more than just seek-and-find activities.
  • Hi

I have a synced subject that spawns at the end of the game. It works fine on the host side, but it doesn't create on the peer side. Will every synced subject that is created in the host be created in peer?

  • Maybe you need to show us your event sheet here?

  • The host part is executed, but the peer part is not

  • I don't see events and actions when you sync these objects to the host.

    Like this:

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • if I read correctly, player1=host, player2=peer?

I don't think multiplayer works the way it does in your code. You only have to create 1 object, namely: player.

then create event like this example apps:

  • My game is a memory card game where the players take turns clicking on the cards and no subject is created for the players. So I don't know what effect these codes have.

  • It's hard to find a solution, because I don't know your concept, design, flow and code as a whole, because the multiplayer plugin is very complicated.

I saw that there were several objects that didn't seem to need to be synchronized, events and actions that didn't seem to fit, but I found it difficult to correct them due to the lack of information that I mentioned before.

And it looks like you have to learn the basic principles of this plugin, because it also took me a while to really understand.

But once you understand how it works, you will find this plugin a lot of fun.

Maybe the project you are working on seems more suited to chat mode like the example provided by Construct.
