No sound in using firefox and chrome, in both construct 2 and 3

I have not been able to find the problem and I compiled a short test for desktop PC and the sound is fine. I don't have a clue as to why all of a sudden I have no sound when I test. It has to be something in the browsers not working or blocked. I tried localhost as well as my IP and nothing has helped. Any one have a suggestion as to what might be wrong, the browsers are up to date as well as both my construct 2 and 3. I have the correct sound formats imported , the ogg and the m4a.

Press F12 in preview, open console and see if there are any error messages.

Solved my problem no sound. I saw one error which said my browser was not an html 5 browser, which isn't true. I did some more searching for firefox and this is the article somewhat dated but never the less accurate and hopefully will help other people with the same problem. Note I use a creative audigy L 24 bit sound card, just for the record. Other sound cards may not have the same mentioned in the article.
