Not all my animations does that but I cant figure out why some do. When I check it in animation editor there I cant see it and neither in layout. Only when I launch preview this stripe appears.

On the picture of the hammer, it does look like an image you quickly "erased" the background color of.

So the line could be added by your image edition tool.

Hard to tell without being able to investigate properly your project.
