Set Color Effect Recognize With Selected Frame

im trying to replace color of my white button

but

when i try to pick replace color white

its set to sky blue or something like navy blue

but my button color is white

picker picked color of button frame is selected

may be its bug ?

I think you don't need the replace color effect.

Click your white button, and look at the properties, there should be a "color" option (it's always there, it's not an effect).
