Platformer Jump is not working in Latest Production or Latest Beta

All of my old game code I have been working on is working 100% normally, but when I open a new product, create a sprite image and give it the platformer behavior like always, it will go left and right but the jump does not work. I have tested on several computers, with the current production editor and the latest beta editor. Nothing works to get the sprite to jump inside a new project.

It is very simple.

It has one player_mask object with 2 behaviors, Platofrmer and BoundtoLayout.

Left and Right movements work but jump does not work. I have tested on two different machines and 3 different browsers. My old code works fine, just when I create a new project it does not work.

Jump also does not work with gamepad or keyboard.

not only does the jump not work with the keyboard, but adding the same functionality to the GamePad and configuring any buttons to jump do not work either.
