    Hello,

    I have paid the money, and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. However, I received the message below, and my account still shows 'Pay.' Please fix this.

    This message is not going away even though I have already paid:

    Important: You need to move your plan to the correct billing region.

    I did pay and got this message!

    Request Timed Out

    Your request timed out to one of our servers. This is not your fault! Please wait a moment, then try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.

    I tried contacting support via email but keep receiving this message:

    "Your message was not delivered to noreplyhko@construct.net because the address could not be found or is unable to receive emails."
