Import mp4 h264 Video problem

I have tryed a lot of converters, but I cant import h264 yet. Any recommendations? What converter do you use, and what options, to get a good h264 that Construct2 can recognise?

I use the Adobe Premiere, and for the moment everything is perfect

to convert any video to any format, I use the "Format Factory from PCfreetime"

to capture the screen I use the "OBS studio"

And editing in general use "HitFilm Express"
