Would it be possible for us users to know how sprite-sheets are grouped? I've tried looking around however it seems there isn't any technical guide or documentation to how it exactly works yet. (If there is one already, please kindly reply a link.)
Currently, I have found out by looking around in the forums you mentioning that images are grouped based on their placement in layouts. Does this apply to global layers as well? And, how does it work? I've also noticed that images that exist in separate layouts still end up grouped together, does that mean the layout placement grouping is only for prioritization and still allow separate layouts when there is space?
I'm interested in finding more about this feature, this would really be helpful in anticipating how images would be grouped in the project, thus knowing the proper way to place images.
