Does anyone have the same problem? The game went through the analysis the first time. I'm trying to send a game update, but I haven't changed the IDFA part at all. Now the reviewers are not seeing the dialog.

How do I see this dialog window on my iPhone? In which country or region is it activated?

No window is shown. This is causing my app to be rejected multiple times.

On my iphone it says "On Configuration failed"

If 'On configuration failed' triggers, it's not to do with IDFA - it means you've not set up Mobile Advert correctly, and so nothing will work. Try going over the setup instructions again, everything has to be done correctly for it to work, and people often make mistakes like mix up IDs in the wrong fields which turns out to be why it wasn't working.
