GDPR Consent won't show up in test mode.

Hi guy, I created GDPR Consent in AdMob, and what I understand is mobile Advert will show the message of consent in test mode automatically when game start up, I am very confuse about this thing. so when my game start up it won't show GDPR consent, so what do i do? do I need to program it into my game? if I do then what should I write? thankyou very much for the help.

yes I did, i hear that advert will automatically showing consent dialog by it self when game start up, but I don't see it in test mode.

yes it is checked, I hear that all I need to do is just create a message in google admob, them construct will show the message automatically, don't know if that is true, in the instruction page it says it will show on the test mode, but i don't see it so i got very confuse.

Are adverts showing up ? so we know the android app ID is working. Honestly I didn't try this in a about a year it could be broken. Maybe I can create a test app to try it.

the interstitial ads show up fine.
