my gane works until i start new game or load game then screen is black but i can still hear the sound. and if i minimize the screen and reopen it then it loads like how it should anyone have any ideas on what might be the cause ?

Try using a different Fullscreen Mode. Though first try "Scale Outer" it may fix your problem
