FB Instant game - loading screen and load icon?

any one worked out how to set these up?

I've tried using a "use loader layout" and setting loader style to "none". But still get a blue screen.

Anyone had success with this?

they have a built in loader, why do you want your own?

stuatk - I don't use a loader layout and setting loading style to nothing.

As far as the loading screen and icon - these come from the images you upload to your instant game setup (on Facebook).

I'm testing my game right now and it works
