CONTRUCT 3 Intregrate with active DIRECTORY azure OR local.

Today i have use contruct 2 in my school to learn kids dev games. We have 2500 students, so the idea to use contruct 3 in web sounds better for us. The doubt is 0xc000000f Contruct 3 will be integrate with active directory azure or local?
