Cannot insert or delete rows in dictionary files

Hi,

There seems to be a bug with the dictionary file editor. Before R57 the context menu showed options to insert and delete rows, now they are not there anymore. I tried on 2 Windows based PC and 1 MAC and the options are gone. Can you please tell me if they are somewhere else.
