C3 IAP Plugin - 'On restore purchases complete' condition?

So i'm currently migrating from C2 to C3, and used Cocoon plugins for my C2 projects.

For IAP, i was using CocoonInApps plugin and there was a condition 'On restore purchases complete' that i used.

This condition isn't available on C3 IAP plugin, but wanted to know is there a way to call this condition or it possible to request to get this added to the plugin?

Would appriciate it if Nepeo or anyone else can offer input with this.
