Do I have to buy Construct 3 even though I own Construct 2?

I own A Construct 2 Licence. Since construct 3 is coming out, do I have to buy a new construct 3 license?

I bought mine last year. Will I be able to enjoy the privileges of C3 as well?

100$ per year? (C3 should be perfect then. Without any bugfixes patches etc )great reason to piracy
