  • For a small test, created a small progect-game. I exported with r401 and r402. The result is the same as on main project:

    In 401 - everything works and starts.

    In 402 - splash screen and stuck.

  • I've encounter this problem too, stuck at splashscreen. so i rollback to 397. but in 397 no update for com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads plugin issue :(

    -what is the closed testing 14 days in google console is unclear.

    14 days and 20 testers – new rules for testing applications in the Play Console.

    Google provides all the necessary tools for testing the application in the Play Console - all developers who created personal accounts after November 13, 2023 must use them. A mandatory condition in this case is to conduct closed testing of the application - at least 20 people must test the product for 14 consecutive days. Only after the completion of this procedure, the application will have the right to appear in Google Play. If there were less than 20 testers or they were inactive, the app will be returned for further testing.

    for downgrade version of your project file you can change the c3p extension to zip, make sure you backup first.

    and then extract the c3proj file, open with text editor, i using VSCODE.

    search for savewithrelease key and change to 39700, put the file back to zip and change back the ext to c3p.

    when open construct, stay on 397 version.
