An apology

  • I came back to offer my sincerest apologies to the scirra team. I Left with a harsh, unproductive, uncalled for message (Topic).

I love using Construct, and since i recently ditched windows for good,(Thank god for Linux) the only good option for me is Construct 3. Construct 3 is an amazing product, and it's getting better every day.

Again, i regret posting that childish stupid message. I know better, and i am glad to be back. Looking forward to see what the future holds.

This topic is probably redundant for the community, but i felt i needed to set things straight.

  • Out of interest, what made you feel negative enough to leave in such a way?

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • It was a slight bug in the sprite editor. Pixels not being saved when switching frames.

The truth is, it wouldn't have been so bad, but i am a terrible pixel artist, so. When something even ugly looking thing disappears i got mad

  • Ohhh I see. Yeah it can really feel like your world is crumbling when you encounter glitches and bugs in software, but I guess you realise now that the developers are happy to help and resolve things, especially bugs that can be reproduced.

It can also be hard to be critical on yourself, but sounds like you might have learned a thing or two since your last encounter here.

Assuming you didn't outright insult anyone, good luck with your future game creations!
