When we get Android export, is it based on WebView or a native Android app?

I have a question if the base is still HTML.

Suppose there is another web page in our app besides Construct Game. How to connect between these two pages. For example, how do I exchange variables between the two?

Android exports use a WebView. The game is still based on HTML5 - Construct uses that on all platforms. These days it's a super fast and powerful gaming platform with few downsides.

Not for the past several years. JavaScript is about as fast as other modern programming languages like Java and C++, and WebGL is about as fast as OpenGL for rendering.
