Additionally, apps updating their target API level to 31 (Android 12) will need to declare a Google Play services normal permission in the manifest file as follows:

It is supported in Admob 20.4.0, and later.

Which is supported in the ratsons cordova admob plugin 1.26.0, and later.

(I believe Scirras plugin still use 1.25)

But this adID is only required when you target android 31. Which is not even supported by cordova yet.
