Admob a lot request but no impressions

Hallo When I first release the app to playstore, I got almost 90% match rate. But this happen about a week ago, which i got alot of request but no impressions. So I started asking my friend to download the app and see wether the ad Video do show up. None of the ads show up on their mobile. Did anyone experience this kind of issues?

Register your phone as a Test device and use the debugger.

You have to be very careful with Admob!

-You can't ask for ads too often!

-Don't show too many ads!

-Be sure to check before requesting ads to see if they are already loaded.

-If Admob after your request has not loaded ads, I advise you to wait at least a minute before making the next request.

If you do this, you're in for a FREEZ!

And then you won't be able to make any money.

If you want to show ads often, it can give only mediation.

Admob has very BAD support and there is no way to contact the manager.

Built-in plugin works only with pure Admob.

For mediation, download other plugins from the add-on store.

If you know how to use Android Studio you can add whatever mediator library directly, and yes, it works fine. Just follow the Admob step to step guidelines on their website.
