So, I'm about 1/8 through my new game, Mira's Brush, made in Construct 2.
The game features Mira, a young handy-person, or handyman, or handy-girl, or SOMETHING.
Her job? Reclaim the colours stolen by Colonel Blump and his band of Villainous Virtuosos, his Painful Painters, his Brush Badddies. Travel through 8ish worlds each with different enemies, puzzles, and even mechanics.
Collect dozens of Paint-Stencils to create paint-objects of different shapes, from stars, to blocks, balloons, to race-cars and rockets.
I'm doing all my own music (learning as I go) and creating as much of the art as I can, while finding great resources online (open-source art), and commissioning great pixel-art where I can't do it alone. I've also already imposed on the Construct 2 community for scripting help to keep some of the complex mechanics working.
