In honesty I found the "Game Over" in the demo quite jarring...

Wouldn't it have been better to put an "End of Demo" message?

But great pixel art. Seriously.

Nixel Yeah, it's meant to be a rub in the face :D But I did mean to add a end demo message also at the start there was supposed to be a blurb about "this is a beta demo, not final content...blah blah blah" And I forgot about that in my whirlwind of Kickstarter stuff.

Anyhow - there are other problems with the demo. One of the last updates of C2 changed the way the fleeing villagers act. They're not even coming on screen now. So I'll add your demo over to the updated demo tonight/tomorrow and update the kickstarter page to reflect the demo changes!! Thanks for the catch!!

Nixel haha yeah I liked what damainman did with the swinging corpses too, has a bit of a zen element after all the enemies are destroyed <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

KaMiZoTo Yes! I loved the THPS games

I just have one critique after watching that last gameplay video - I think the animation for the main character should not have his shoulders so far back. It looks like his legs are walking and pulling along his upper body. This character is a tough guy, so my suggestion would be to walk with his shoulders more in front of body or at least above his legs.

Again, this is just a slight thing that I noticed. The gameplay and whole game is looking awesome. Just my 2 cents.
