Well, the controls are good, and you've got some nice effects. But its hard to see the tiny enemies.

era i know but i wanted to make a game that i'll enjoy, i'm trying to get past the copy right laws but it's impossible. this is also the reason it's still in beta and it'll never be released

Well i do like the concept of making a game that the developer loves. But also by doing that, you eliminate possibilities related to publishing. I'm doing a little mix on this matter, where i make my dream game, but also tune it to appeal to a specific audience :)

era so what your saying is make this game, but change some key features such as the characters and sounds so it's impossible for me to step on copy right grounds :) cheers

Well yeah, get rid of any copyrighted material, and just keep going with the same concept and see where it leads you :)
