(Also, you can close the project and reopen and javascript files will be refreshed, it's a bit quicker than a full reload. Alternatively I made a registry key you can set:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Scirra\Construct2\html5 - add a new DWORD value 'devmode' (without quotes) - set its value to 1.

Once that's set the scripts should be reloaded each time you hit run.)

Is it a QWORD value for x64?

This is awesome! This will save a lot of time, especially when making small tweaks to the code.

Edit: added to SDK docs. septeven - it should always be a DWORD regardless of system type.

Ashley OK, thanks. I read about the edittime script in the doc. Sorry for my ignorance but would it be possible to do the same for edittime though ? (eg. a button could refresh the editor / the editor script).

septeven I think it's too complicated to do the same for the edittime scripts - the editor keeps references to things from the edittime scripts, even between projects if you close and reopen everything. They're only loaded when the editor starts up and I think it'll have to stay that way I'm afraid.

I used this tip since on XP, and I hadn't yet used it under 7, but Pode happened to ask about this in IRC, so I dug a bit into the forum.

Hapilly Ashley hasn't the word "registry" a lot in his posts, so it was quite easy to find ^^

It's indeed a useful tip that deserve to be reminded/broadcasted.
