Zoom in on player so that it doesn't show the entire layer?

How could I make the player be in focus, so that my camera is near him instead of showing the entire game canvas? I need my layers large but the world inside it small.

I solved it a year ago, but I haven't used C2 since then so I've pretty much forgot a couple of things.

'Scroll to' system action or behaviour to focus on the player. 'Set scalerate' to zoom.
