Webcam in Node Webkit

Hi, apologies if this is a stupid question or is in the wrong forum.

I did a search and couldn't find to seem anything definitive.

Is the user media webcam usable in Node Web kit or not?

If not are there any work arounds?

While reading about user media in the manual, I don't see any mention that it is not.

So I guess it is.

I was expecting a banner asking for permission to use the webcam to appear

because I used the request camera action but I didnt see the banner.

I was using ManyCam to emulate a webcam on my PC so perhaps that's why. I'll try it on a system with a real webcam later.

Problem solved.

Tried it on a machine with a physical webcam and it worked perfectly
