How do I make vibrating image?

Hi,

I'm trying to make a simple educational game. Its about teaching children how molecules behave in different state of conditions such as Cold, Hot and Room temperature. As you know molecules vibrate in cold condition and tend to stay closer to one another in cold condition. I was wondering how could I make that? Here's the file I'm working on.
