User Sets Alarm

Greets all. I'm attempting to make an alarm clock. Currently, I have a functional clock with moving hands that looks pretty good.

However, I would like the user to be able to input a time for an alarm to go off.

I am unsure as to the best way to go about that.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you should use the angle in degrees of the hands

So when the player sets 6 oclock for example, trigger when small arm is at the corresponding degree or something like that
