How do I user finger movement game

I'm still new and now I'm studying the program. You are an experienced professional, so I'm sure you can help me.

I want to do a game where the player ticks his finger on the screen then the pictures change.

And move it at a certain speed to get a point and this speed will increase every 5 seconds.

Can you help me here?
