i can use html so i uploaded my game to the arcade then got the html code but i want to upload my touch version and its still in progress and will get rejected in the arcade

Scirra's arcade doesn't allow for project with touch and other/custom plugins for now.

If you want to upload your game to some place you always have the possibility to upload it on dropbox for now.

If you want it to be on your weebly account, I guess you should take a look at the informations they provide to upload files on their system.
